Speaker Bios:
Wendy Moe is the Dean’s Professor of Marketing, Associate Dean of Master’s Programs, and Co-Director of the Smith Analytics Consortium at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. Her research area centers around online and social media marketing with a focus on analytics.
Bryan de Zayas, Sr. Director, Social Business & Influencers, Dell Technologies, has been with Dell/Alienware since 2003. Today, Bryan leads Social Business and Influencers for Dell Technologies.
Bradley Taylor is Senior Strategist at Converseon, the leading technology and consulting firm that transforms social and conversation data into predictive “decision intelligence” through the power of NLP and AI.
Eric Schwartz is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Using quantitative methods, his research in customer analytics spans A/B testing methodologies, online advertising, and dynamic pricing, with additional applications in public health and infrastructure.
Sarah Oates is Professor and Distinguished Scholar-Teacher at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism, University of Maryland (College Park). A political communication scholar, she studies how disinformation and news narratives emerge and migrate across traditional and social media platforms.
