How my research impacts research practice

My two major research streams include the long-term effects of marketing on brands and digital marketing.

How I have worked with businesses

I use corporate data to learn about how consumers respond to marketing and conditioned upon that how companies should improve their marketing spend. Current projects include i) loyalty reward programs (with IHG), ii) reserve prices in online auctions (with an MSI member company), iii) influencer marketing (with influential.co), and iv) test and learn recommendation engines (with TiVo and JD.com).
