I have written a number of papers on pricing (including an MSI monograph) and the digital communications environment. My legal consulting has been largely around branding issues and IP. I am regularly quoted in the media about the current retail environment.

How I have worked with businesses

I did a lot of this when I was the MSI ED but do somewhat less now. I also interact with companies in my legal consulting.
