Beyond the Breach: The New Consumer Privacy Experience

Consumer privacy has become a defining driver of trust, loyalty, and firm reputation — yet most organizations still treat privacy as a one-time event. This webinar introduces the dynamic consumer privacy experience, a new framework showing how privacy concerns evolve across the customer relationship: from vulnerability before a breach, to violation during a breach, to long-term privacy fatigue afterward.

Drawing on longitudinal research following a major AT&T data breach, the session reveals how privacy experiences continue shaping consumer trust long after the immediate crisis fades. Attendees will gain actionable insights for building stronger customer relationships through greater security, justice, and consumer autonomy in an increasingly data-driven marketplace.
