Cadambi Janardhan ( Jana) is an experienced banking and payments leader who has worked and lived internationally and in the US. He has worked across all aspects of retail banking over three decades in emerging and developed markets – building and launching innovative products, market entry, acquisitions, rapidly scaling opportunities and restructuring businesses.

For the past six years he has been at Mastercard first as Chief Franchise Development Officer where his mandate was to establish the framework and standards for all new products as the company became increasingly digital and services driven in its approach. Currently he serves as the EVP – Transformation, Risk and Operations where his remit is change management to enable scale while managing risks in the rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.
