Milad is a Senior Data Scientist at Pinterest, specializing in ads measurement. His main focus is on quantifying the value of marketing for advertisers and building and improving in-house solutions to achieve this goal. Milad has a strong interest in experimentation and causal inference, and he enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems through data. He has worked on a diverse set of initiatives including but not limited to identifying drivers of success for advertisers in incrementality tests, increasing the sensitivity of brand lift studies, identifying prospecting advertisers using causal inference methods, and recently constructing proxy metrics to measure the impact of enhancing Pinterest’s conversion visibility pipeline on downstream ads metrics.
